Please note that this training includes all three dates listed above. Each session is not an indivuidual course. It is encouraged to complete the training in it entiretly by attending the three dates listed above.
Suggested Participants: Supervisors of Community Health/Direct Care Workers and Home Managers.
Learning Objectives:
* The process and practice of retention-focused supervision * Working with differences * Improving communication skills * Recruiting and selecting the right staff * The first six months of hire
Training Information:
As previously stated, this training includes the dates listed above. Courses are not intended to be taken on an individual Cohort basis so full completion of the training is encouraged by attending all three dates. Registration is not necessary for all three dates. Once you have registered once, you will be listed as registered for the entire session, all three dates.
