Retention-Focused Supervision for Direct Care Supervisors- Cohort #9

Dates:
February 9, March 9, and April 13, 2010
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Early arrival is encouraged for sign-in and parking- Sign-in will be available at 9:00 a.m. )

Learning Objectives:
Training will address:
- The process and practice of retention-focused supervision.
- Working with Differences
- Improving Communication Skills
- Recruiting and Selecting the Right Staff
- The First Six Months of HIre

Suggested Particiapants: Supervisors of Peer Support Specialists, Child Care Workers, Mental Health Techs, Support Staff, Direct Care Workers and all staff who work within the organizations that provide services to CMH consumers, not limited to housekeeping, billing clerks, receptionists, parking lot attendants, club house advocates, supportive housing and employment specialists and Home Managers.

Training Information: Please note that this training includes three training dates. To ensure that you are able to enjoy the full experience of the training, once you register here, you will be automatically registered to attend all three dates.
