The Detroit-Wayne County Community Mental Health Agency's VCE is committed to being a leader in providing quality education and training opportunities to all Detroit-Wayne County Community Mental Health Staff. By supporting our workforce, the VCE supports quality and consistent care to consumers and their families who receive mental health, developmental disabilities and substance abuse services.
