The Detroit-Wayne County Community Mental Health Agency's Virtual Center of Excellence (VCE) is committed to being a leader in providing quality education and training opportunities to all Detroit-Wayne County Community Mental Health Staff. By supporting our workforce, the VCE supports quality and consistent care to consumers and their families who receive mental health, developmental disabilities and substance abuse services. Our efforts are dedicated to competency and retention of our workforce.
