The Virtual Center of Excellence has developed a curriculum that addresses the specialized needs of Direct Care professionals in Wayne County. Through various topics and speakers, the Direct Care Learning Series (DCLS) will assist in developing professionals in a multitude of areas from Micro-enterprise to Ethics. DCLS looks to encourage professional enthusiasm within Direct Care staff by providing knowledge-based skills, leadership skills and promoting communication within agency/organization structure.
